Unai Emery must put his faith in Matty Cash for Aston Villa for the clash against Juventus despite a poor showing against Crystal Palace.
The Villans were lucky to secure a point at Villa Park last time out as the Eagles took the lead on two separate occasions, taking advantage of a shocking defensive showing from the home side.
These issues have to be addressed as Douglas Luiz is welcomed back to Villa Park in the Champions League with the Old Lady on Wednesday night (27 November).
This could see Emery put faith in the Poland international ahead of Lamare Bogarde who struggled against Crystal Palace.

The right-back has spent plenty of time this season on the sidelines which has limited him to just six Premier League starts.
Last time out, the ex-Nottingham Forest man made his return off the bench, playing his last game in late October against Bournemouth.

It has to be said that his replacement during the break didn’t contribute much more in the second half, registering just 51 touches in a 45-minute showing.
Cash did put up a 91 per cent pass accuracy which will please his manager but that was about as it got for the Pole.
The attacking fullback completed just one dribble and completed just nine passes into the final third which isn’t good enough.
Defensively, the Villa man didn’t contribute enough either as he failed to complete a tackle with a zero per cent success rate while making just one clearance and one interception.

With Juventus coming to Villa Park, the Italian giants possess plenty of attacking quality which Emery’s side would have to be wary of.
Despite his recent frailties, the Spaniard should maintain faith in Cash as he is the strongest option that is currently available.
