Everton fans may not have to wait too long now for the takeover to be complete, as Alan Myers has provided a two-word update.
After passing the FA and FCA tests, the Friedkin Group must pass the Premier League’s Owners and Directors test as one of the final hurdles in their takeover bid.
Everton may only have a couple of weeks left under Farhad Moshiri, which will come as a relief to the majority of the fanbase, who have grown tired in recent years.
It’s believed that the Moshiri has placed his full trust in Sean Dyche to deliver in his remaining games in charge of the club before he officially sells the club.
Although, it may come sooner than we think, as Alan Myers has provided a two-word takeover update.
Alan Myers issues two-word Everton takeover update
It feels like the Everton takeover has been dragging on for absolutely ages.
However, there’s a feeling that it’s getting closer, with the Friedkin Group already looking at David Moyes as a potential replacement for Dyche.

Now, with the supposed mid-December timeline getting closer by the day, there has been another update from Alan Myers on the takeover situation.

He was asked by a fan if the takeover is in the final stages, and he replied this.
Everton could get a free run at David Moyes
David Moyes appears to be the man who will come in and replace Sean Dyche if things go downhill.
The Friedkin Group have made him their priority, but there may have been concerns when a rumour came out that Leicester were contemplating a move for Moyes.
However, that’s not the case, as it’s now come out that Moyes is currently not being considered by Leicester, with Ruud van Nistelrooy looking the likely candidate.
Sean Dyche has pulled off some big results during his time at Everton when it matters, so let’s not write him off just yet, though the run of fixtures coming up doesn’t look good.
