The 23 year old has fallen down the pecking order and is struggling for regular game time. He has started only 1 Premier League game so far this season. As per the reports, he is close to Chelsea exit in near future.
Mick Brown says Chelsea will move-on from Mudryk in January
Mick Brown has worked as scout for big teams like Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur. He is still in touch with what’s happening inside the clubs. Recently, he shared updates about Mudryk while speaking to Football Insider.
“I hear they are keen to move him on in January. I think they have got the makings of very good team at Chelsea but he isn’t likely to be a part of that. There’s isn’t the space for him in the team at the moment” – Brown sharing about Mudryk’s condition at Chelsea.
Brown then said that Mudryk has not been able to impress Enzo Maresca. He added that the Blues will not be able to make any profit or even get their money back on this deal.
Lastly, Brown said that the interested clubs will only agree to pay upto £30 for Mudryk at most. This suggests that the Blues will have to accept huge loss and try to minimize it as much as possible.
