Everton striker Armando Broja will miss the game against Manchester United, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that he may be ruled out of senior action for the next few weeks despite playing 45 minutes for the Under-21s on 26 November against Watford.
The Toffees will not have the Albanian’s services to count upon for the game at Old Trafford on 1 December, as he works his way back to full fitness.
Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Broja: “He played 45 minutes for the Under-21s which is a positive start and I’m not sure if he will play full matches for them because they may just be using those games to get his fitness high enough to play for the first team and then use bounce matches with them.
“There’s no set timeline for when he might be able to play 90 minutes but considering his injury history, it will be an extensive runway to get back to that match fitness so it could be him missing the next few weeks as he ramps up game time for the Under-21s.

“That would rule him out for the game over the weekend as he’s not first-team ready yet.”

However, it’s important that he’s not rushed back as it was a lengthy lay-off and he’s still recovering.
