Lamine Yamal moved a step closer to making his comeback from an ankle injury by taking part in Wednesday’s training session with Barcelona.
The club have confirmed the teenager participated in part of the workout as he aims to return at the weekend.
Yamal has now missed three games because of the injury but is believed to be champing at the bit to return.

Yamal’s return will be a big boost for the Catalans, while Ferran Torres is also expected to be passed fit for the game and will add to Flick’s attacking options.
The German boss could well be tempted to rotate his squad in the coming weeks as injuries to key players have restricted his options recently.
