Everton fans are eagerly anticipating the return of Armando Broja to the first team after suffering an injury in pre-season.
Armando Broja suffered an achilles injury in pre-season that actually scuppered a move to Ipswich Town, and now he awaits making his debut for Everton.
In better news, Broja appeared for the Under-21s recently in a 45-minute cameo against Watford and came through unscathed.
It was claimed by an analyst at the game that Broja looked sharp but only ever played in second gear.
Interestingly, he’s made his feelings clear on how he’s feeling after the game, as Everton gear up to face Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.
Armando Broja shares how he’s feeling ahead of Manchester United clash
Armando Broja has been tipped to make the substitutes’ bench against Manchester United after his display for the U21s, though it remains to be seen if this will come true.
Everton have Youssef Chermiti back in training as well, so Sean Dyche could soon have four striker available as we move into December and the New Year.

“It was good to be back out on the pitch; it’s been a while since my injury. So it’s just a nice feeling to be back out there, playing, feeling the game, back on the grass, playing with a smile on my face.
“I really enjoyed it and I just can’t wait to keep on progressing and hopefully be back with the first team.”
Will Broja make the weekend squad?
Given Broja has only played 45 minutes, we think he may need another Under-21s game under his belt before he can really be ready for first team action.
After such a long time out, it’s a risk to throw him straight back into Premier League action, especially given his injury history.
The only thing that’s making Everton fans impatient about his return is the fact that Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been largely ineffective at the pinnacle of the attack.
With just two goals in 12 games, there needs to be improvements.
