Ruud van Nistelrooy might have little experience from being a manager, with his half season at PSV and his short period in interim charge of MU, but that will not be of any concern for those doubting his ability and chance to become a good appointment for Leicester.
We believe the former Dutch international with a long life in the game as an assistant, will turn to Renè Hake as new first team coach, both leaving MU when Amorim arrived at the club.
Renè Hake will fill in the boxes that Ruud van Nistelrooy do not thick himself. Hake has long experience of being a manager in Dutch football and will give everyone around the belief and safety regarding that special point, being used as a negative in the belief of this special appointment.
Hakè (52) is one man that knows his trade and has been manager of Emmen, Twente, Cambuur, Utrecht and Go Ahead, all known clubs in Dutch football. He left the job as manager of Go Ahead in the summer, to join Erik ten Hag at MU, ending in a 9th position with the Dutch club, the second highest ever in this clubs history. Hake is known for his flexible tactical approach. He has experience in managing teams that play possession-based football, as well as teams that focus on quick transitions and counter-attacking.
🎙️ | Rene Hake:
"It was nice that when we met each other and spoke a lot about our philosophies and way of work – we have a lot of connections. I think we can be very strong to help our manager to bring [the team] to a higher level." pic.twitter.com/LALF2l7QHo

Football management is not solo work and covering the experience of the management part, Renè Hake will do that in plentiness, as he looks to be the perfect match for Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Will be interesting to see how this project will land, but hopefully Top has found the correct formula for a number seasons and we do believe this can become a great set up.
