Nathan Patterson could leave Everton on loan in January but a move within England looks more likely than a return to Rangers, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper reported via their website on Thursday (28 November) that the 23-year-old could leave Goodison in search of first-team football.
The right-back doesn’t look likely to return to Ibrox or any Scottish Premiership side for that matter, with the Toffees looking more likely to let him leave temporarily within England to kickstart his career.

It appears that the Toffees don’t see this as an ideal option for the future development of the right-back, with a loan in English football being preferred.
It feels like a Championship loan would be more likely given his general lack of regular football since late 2023, which may get the best out of him before making a return to Merseyside ahead of next season.
