All the latest injury news surrounding Chelsea and Aston Villa as they prepare to face off in the Premier League.

The Blues lead Villa by just three points in the Premier League, making this one an interesting contest. Here we round up the injury news surrounding both teams.

Amadou Onana - Doubt

Unai Emery said of Onana last week: “[Konsa and Onana] have small injuries. They have to rest, recover and each day is very important. For tomorrow, they are not available; maybe they could come back the next match.” Konsa has returned but it looks as though this will come too soon for Onana.

Jacob Ramsey - Doubt

Ramsey has picked up a hamstring injury and Emery has not provided an update on the specific details.

Malo Gusto - Doubt

It looks as though Gusto will return here having not been risked on Thursday night. Maresca said in the lead up to the Heidenheim game: “We don't take any risks for tomorrow's game, but I think both should be available for Sunday's game.” Gusto was struggling with illness.

Pedro Neto - Doubt

The same Maresca comment was also used to address Neto’s situation, with the winger in contention to return this weekend.

Reece James - Out

James is sidelined with a hamstring injury, and it looks as though he will be out for a few weeks. Maresca said when confirming the injury: “We have just one injured player, that is, Reece. Unfortunately, he felt something small, and we don't want to take any risks for the weekend. Hamstring. It's a muscular problem. Hopefully, it's not something long.”

Kellyman has been strugging with a hamstring injury over recent weeks and this one will likely come too soon.
