With eleven saves made against Heidenheim, Chelsea goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen was understandably pleased to be returning to London with a clean sheet and three more points claimed in the Conference League.
The 22-year-old was busy throughout our clash with the Bundesliga side and played a key role in our 2-0 victory at the Voith-Arena.
Jorgensen made an excellent stop in the opening period to deny Paul Wanner, and several more ensured second-half goals from [Christopher Nkunku](/en/teams/profile/christopher-nkunku) and [Mykhailo Mudryk](/en/teams/profile/mykhailo-mudryk) were enough for the Blues.
‘We competed against a tough team, many long balls and very physical,’ Jorgensen reflected. ‘They are a good team and we knew it would be a challenge.
‘They are a team from the Bundesliga, so they play at a high level and you always expect them to be good. But I think we did well.
‘I’m happy to have a clean sheet but the three points are the most important thing. So I’m very happy with that.’
The shot-stopper also had a message for the travelling Chelsea fans who had made the journey, thanking them for their unconditional support of the team.
He added: 'I just want to say thank you very much. The whole team really appreciates it and the help that we get from them every away game! Everyone appreciates them coming here and helping us win today.’
