Ange Postecoglou is not going to rule out the prospect of Cristian Romero returning to action this weekend just yet, but it is unlikely.
Ahead of taking on Fulham on Sunday (kick-off 1.30pm UK), Ange spoke to the media at his pre-match press conference on Friday morning and was asked about the chances of any of our sidelined players returning to action - and our Head Coach gave an update on Cuti.
Having gone into Thursday night's Europa League clash with AS Roma with six players sidelined through injury, Ange admitted that, looking ahead to our return to Premier League action, it is only our Argentine centre half which we can hope to see back in action, however, it is 'unlikely' that he will be available
"Romero is closer (to returning), he is probably the closest," Ange explained. "He's probably unlikely, but I'm not ruling him out, he's still got to get through some things today and the session tomorrow.
"From last night, at this stage, it is a clean bill of health. Mind you, I thought that last week and then I had a guy in surgery (Guglielmo Vicario) an hour later... I think everything is alright from last night."

That means Micky van de Ven, Richarlison, Wilson Odobert, Mikey Moore and Guglielmo Vicario all remain sidelined while Rodrigo Bentancur is suspended.
Ange was also asked about Dominic Solanke after the striker looked in some discomfort following a second-half challenge from Mats Hummels in Thursday's draw with Roma.
But our Head Coach confirmed that, while the forward may have been a bit sore following the tackle, he should be fine for the weekend.
"He's fine," Ange said. "He is a bit sore. He's working hard for us but, at this stage, (there's) nothing too significant (injury wise).
