Jess Park's stunning strike against Crystal Palace has been shortlisted for November's WSL Goal of the Month.
The midfielder opened the scoring at Selhurst Park with an outstanding long-range effort.
Picking up play from Aoba Fujino around 25 yards from goal, Park spotted Shae Yanez off her line and send an audacious first-time chip into the top corner of the Palace net.
It was the piece of individual brilliance that City needed as half-time approached, and we would go on to win 3-0 in South London.
The England international also grabbed an assist at Selhurst Park when she set up Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw for our third of the afternoon, with Jill Roord having earlier found the net to double our advantage.
Park has already won the WSL Goal of the Month award this season, following her incredible volley against Arsenal in September 2024.
She now faces competition from Arsenal pair Frida Maanum and Alessia Russo, Chelsea’s Mayra Ramirez and Guro Reiten, Crystal Palace’s Annabel Blanchard and Aston Villa forward Ebony Salmon.
The vote closes at 11:00 (UK) on Monday 2 December.
