Everton fans will be eagerly anticipating seeing Armando Broja’s name in the squad to face Manchester United on Sunday.
Armando Broja took part for the Everton Under-21s on Monday against Watford.
An analyst who was at the game shared exactly how Broja performed, and it was as expected.
“Played 45 minutes. Looked sharp initially, but was only in 2nd gear really. Clearly just an exercise in beginning his return to full match fitness.”
Sean Dyche then provided an update in his press conference earlier on today. He stated that Broja could feature in the matchday squad against Manchester United on Sunday if he pulls through.
And many of us have just finished watching the Albanian international in action this afternoon, as Everton Under-21s lost 4-2 to Nottingham Forest.

Lots of eyes were on Armando Broja this afternoon, with the club streaming the game.
The 23-year-old appeared in 73 minutes of action and looked rather lively, creating chances for his teammates, running onto long balls and outpacing the Forest defenders on a number of occasions.

However, towards the end, he did tire a bit, and he grew frustrated at times due to the lack of service from some of his teammates.
Liverpool Echo reporter Joe Thomas was at the game and shared what he saw from Broja.
A place in the matchday squad for Armando Broja?
Armando Broja certainly looked like he could cause some damage if he had better service this afternoon.
There’s definitely room for improvement up top for Everton, as Dominic Calvert-Lewin has squandered numerous chances so far this season.
However, it’s unlikely he’ll be fit enough to start as Dyche won’t want to rush him into a high intensity Premier League game after looking stiff at the end of an Under-21 clash.
The likelihood is he could be given 15 minutes at the end of the game to ease himself back into competitive action slowly, and it’ll offer a good insight into where he’s at.
After all, Broja has already said he’s desperate to be back with the first team.
