The pressure is building on Sean Dyche at Everton and we caught a slight glimpse of that in the Manchester United press conference.
Everton are without a win in their last four Premier League games, and haven’t scored in three.
A loss against Manchester United could see Everton drop into the bottom three if two of Wolves, Ipswich or Crystal Palace win.
However, Sean Dyche’s job is pretty secure right now, as it came out that Farhad Moshiri is maintaining his trust in the Englishman.
Sacking Dyche could put Everton in FFP trouble, which could result in a big player sale in January, so you can understand the hesitancy.
Speaking in his press conference ahead of Manchester United, it appears as if the pressure is getting to Dyche slightly, as he gave a fiery response to a reporter’s question.
Sean Dyche’s fiery response to a question on Nathan Patterson
Nathan Patterson has had a very frustrating start to the season. He’s yet to play a game for the first team this season after suffering a long-term injury, despite being on the bench in the last five games.

Dyche has spoken about how important it is to build Patterson back up, which is why we’ve seen him appear three times for the Everton Under-21s.

Interestingly, a report (Daily Mail) came out recently stating that Everton are looking to send Patterson out on loan to a Premier League club in January.
This was what led to the fiery response from Sean Dyche in his press conference, as a reporter asked this.
“There are some reports today about Nathan Patterson potentially going out on loan in January.”
Dyche interrupted her mid-sentence and said this in a raised voice, clearly annoyed by the question.
“Who’s reporting? Who? Tell me. Who? Name them. Oh online, okay, must be right then.”
He later said.
“Yeah, we will decide what happens with the players here.”
What does the future hold for Nathan Patterson?
Ashley Young, Seamus Coleman and James Garner have all operated at right-back to start the season.
However, injuries have been a common theme across the board, with Coleman, Garner and Patterson all having issues right now.
When Patterson returns there’s no guarantee he will receive much game time at Goodison Park, especially as Ashley Young has been one of the more consistent performers.
A loan move definitely seems like the right way to go for a 23-year-old, who needs regular minutes to really develop and get back some confidence after time out.
