Tim Sherwood is of the belief that three Spurs attackers, who made important contributions in the win over Man City, would walk into the Premier League champions’ starting eleven.

Tottenham schooled Manchester City last Saturday
Spurs have always had a lot of joy this season when they have come up against teams who look to take them on at their own game and leave spaces at the back.
However, despite that, not many Tottenham fans were optimistic heading into the clash at the Etihad Stadium, given that the Lilywhites were coming off a loss against Ipswich Town and were without several of their key players.
However, what we say was a repeat of what Spurs did in their previous visit to Manchester this season, only this time, the away side put four past their opponents rather than three.

Tim Sherwood says three Spurs players would start for Man City
Man City found it difficult to live with Tottenham‘s attackers on Saturday, with Heung-min Son, Dominic Solanke, James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski ripping Pep Guardiola’s men to shreds.
Sherwood believes that three of those four would be starters for the Citizens. The pundit said on The Weekend Wrap: “He (Kulusevski) must be one of the fittest players in the squad.
“That boy could play for Man City, and so could Son, and that says a lot, probably Maddison could get in their squad as well, you don’t say that about many teams.”

Other Spurs players would also start for Man City
It is perhaps a stretch for Sherwood to say that Maddison would start for City when the attacking midfielder has been struggling to even start for Spurs of late.
However, there is no doubt that the other two would, as would Pedro Porro, who is better than the current version of Kyle Walker, while Micky van de Ven would also strengthen City’s backline, given the high defensive line they play.
