West Ham United trail Arsenal by a 2-0 scoreline in the first half at London Stadium.
The Gunners took the lead inside ten minutes when centre-back Gabriel found space inside the box to meet a right wing corner with an unstoppable header.
Then, with 27 minutes on the clock, Bukayo Saka exchanged passes with Martin Ødegaard to cut through the home defence, before squaring for Leandro Trossard to tap home.
It leaves the Hammers with a mountain to climb if they are to extend their unbeaten home run to a fourth game.
