Conor Gallagher was a fan favourite at Chelsea, and their feelings will be even strong for him after hearing the prediction he’s made.
Chelsea made the decision to sell Conor Gallagher to Atletico Madrid for around £33 million during the summer transfer window.
He’s been a regular for the Spanish side, scoring two goals in 11 league games.
Ben Foster was one of the first to come out and say selling Gallagher was a poor bit of business from Chelsea, and we have to agree at the time.
However, Romeo Lavia, Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez are all battling for a place now.
Interestingly, it appears as if the Blues are still on Gallagher’s mind, as he gave Chelsea as an answer to a rather interesting question whilst on international duty.
Conor Gallagher predicts Chelsea will win the Premier League
Chelsea currently find themselves sitting in fifth position in the Premier League with a game in hand over Brighton and Arsenal, who have already played this weekend.
The Premier League title is by no means out of sight, but the Blues need to keep their foot on the gas and Liverpool need to go on a bit of a downward spiral for it to happen.

A fan posted a TikTok video where he asked the England squad who will win the Premier League.
Interestingly, Gallagher still appears to have full belief in his former club, as he has predicted for Enzo Maresca’s men to win the Premier League title.
When asked, he says, “Chelsea”, which is followed by a smile and a laugh.
Conor Gallagher has already been vocal about Maresca and Chelsea since moving to Spain, appearing to take a slight dig at the owners who sold him.
“I don’t think that’s true personally. I think last season I had a good season with Chelsea as you could see by Mauricio Pochettino playing me every game. The fans appreciated what I did too.”
It’s a shame to see the way an academy product has been treated by Chelsea, as there’s been this influx of money, which has worked to an extent, but players like Gallagher have been sacrificed and mistreated.
