Jesper Lindstrom shared the light-hearted warning he received from Manchester United ace Rasmus Hojlund ahead of facing Everton on Sunday.
The Toffees travel to Old Trafford [1 December] as Sean Dyche’s side looks to pick up more points to add to their tally.
However, with it being Ruben Amorin’s first league game at Old Trafford, he will be keen for his side to put on a good display.
The Blues winger anticipates a tough game and was keen to try and take matters into his own hands as he admitted he messaged his fellow Dane ahead of the game, telling the Daily Mail (30 November): “I texted him after the game to congratulate him on his two goals but told him not to score this weekend.
“His reply was to tell me he would do his best to score goals.”

Everton need to pick up points
A trip to Old Trafford is never an easy task and a struggling Everton side will no doubt be looking at the game apprehensively heading into it.
Although the Toffees have picked up two points from their last two, there was real disappointment after their failure to capitalise on 10-man Brentford last week and with both games being 0-0, it shows how they are struggling to attack.

The Toffees will need to be wary of the feelgood fact at Old Trafford surrounding Amorim’s appointment and Hojlund’s doubled in United’s 3-2 Europa League win over Bodo/Glimt will also give him a boost in confidence for the game.
If they could come away with another point from this game, it wouldn’t be a poor result. However, Dyche’s side needs to start beating the teams around them if they want to separate themselves from the relegation fight and with only two spaces in the league between the teams, they have to view this as a great opportunity to pull off the win.
