Man Utd squad to face Everton confirmed as Harry Maguire arrives at Old Trafford

Manchester United's Harry Maguire is expected to make a return in today's Premier League match against Everton at Old Trafford. The centre-back was spotted arriving at the stadium around 9.30am, signing autographs and taking photos with fans gathered outside the players' entrance.

Despite not featuring in head coach Ruben Amorim's first two matchday squads, there are strong indications that Maguire, who has been sidelined for United's last nine matches due to a muscle injury, could be back in action. His last appearance was on October 6, during a goalless draw with Aston Villa where he had to leave the pitch just before half-time.

The 31-year-old England international was seen training in front of the media earlier this week at Carrington, sparking hopes of his availability for the Bodo/Glimt game. However, Amorim confirmed in his pre-match press conference on Wednesday that the Norwegian side's visit would be too soon for Maguire.

"Not Harry. Licha [Martinez] is ready," he said. "He didn't [stay on the sidelines for] too much time, so I feel he is ready. It is a different situation with Harry.

"We need them both but they are in different situations. They are training. Harry will soon be on the pitch also."

A total of 21 players were seen arriving at Old Trafford, hinting that all but third-choice goalkeeper Tom Heaton will be included in the matchday squad. The confirmed arrivals include Onana, Bayindir, Heaton, Dalot, Mazraoui, Maguire, Martinez, De Ligt, Malacia, Shaw, Casemiro, Mainoo, Mount, Fernandes, Ugarte, Rashford, Antony, Amad, Garnacho, Hojlund, and Zirkzee.
