Ruben Amorim has been hit with a blow despite sealing his first Premier League win
Manchester United will be without two key stars after the Premier League handed out bans after the Red Devils’ win against Everton.
The Red Devils dismantled Sean Dyche’s men at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon. Both Marcus Rashford and Joshua Zirkzee hit doubles to seal new boss Ruben Amorim his first Premier League win.
It is also back-to-back successes for the Portuguese coach. But it wasn’t all good news from Old Trafford ahead of the midweek trip to title challengers Arsenal.
Both Kobbie Mainoo and Lisandro Martinez will be suspended for the clash at the Emirates Stadium. Both stars were booked during the win against Everton, meaning they have now hit the Premier League threshold of five cautions.

They will now face an automatic one-match ban - that they will both serve against Arsenal. Mainoo, who made his first Premier League appearance since October against Everton, picked up his booking for a foul on Dwight McNeil.
Martinez, meanwhile, was cautioned shortly after the break for bringing down Toffees forward Beto. Away from suspensions, there was also some concern for the fitness of Bruno Fernandes.
The Portuguese playmaker was taken off towards the end and was spotted with an ice pack on his ankle. Amorim will certainly be hoping he is in contention for the midweek game.
Speaking after his first Premier League win, the United manager said: "The result was good but we were pragmatic. It was not pretty but we were pragmatic. We did our job, which is to win.

"You can feel that we have a long way to go. You can feel that in the first few minutes, where we were OK, but then Everton controlled the game. Then we got the goals in the right moment and that changed the game.
"You can't just focus on the result, you have to focus on the way the result appeared. Like before the game, we have so much to do, but it is better to work with victories. Let's focus on the performance more than the result.
"You can feel it during the game. It isn't a line of top performances, it is a rollercoaster of performances. We have some moments when we are good but then we have moments when we have to suffer. We did it again like in the Europa League. We need time to train and improve. It is better to work with victories."
