Everton continue to falter as they fell to a 4-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Sean Dyche’s side are winless in their last five games, leaving them just two points above the relegation zone.
Everton were bereft of any creativity going forward as Dyche’s pragmatism resigned them to yet another bleak goalless afternoon.
That’s now four consecutive games without a goal which has resulted in Everton fans calling for Dyche to be sacked.
It was initially reported that Everton wouldn’t sack Dyche unless it became a dire emergency but perhaps it’s starting to reach that point ahead of an incredibly difficult run of fixtures.
With that said, club insider Alan Myers has now given his verdict on whether he will be dismissed.

Alan Myers thinks Sean Dyche won’t be sacked
Alan Myers, a Sky Sports journalist who is well respected among all things Everton, believes Dyche will remain in post for at least two more weeks – until the takeover is complete.

Myers has maintained that Dyche is unlikely to be sacked by Farhad Moshiri – who has kept his trust in the former Burnley boss.
The 53-year-old has enough credit in the bank with the current ownership, so he’s likely to take charge of the next few fixtures, at least.
With the Wolves game just three days away, a change in the dugout just wouldn’t be practical at this stage, either.
Dyche struggling to do what he’s best at
It’s been a concerning season in many ways for Dyche and Everton, but perhaps the biggest worry of all is the defence.
Dyche usually excels at setting up a watertight backline and that was evident last year when his side shipped the fourth-fewest goals in the league.
But this season, he just can’t seem to get it right and that’s a real concern considering that’s what his strongest asset is.
Change is needed sooner rather than later.
