Murillo drops 15-word reaction to Nottingham Forest’s win over Ipswich, teammate thinks he's…

Nottingham Forest defender Murillo continues to grow under the influence of Nuno Espirito Santo in the East Midlands.

The Brazilian checked in on Trentside for £10.6 million from Corinthians in the summer of 2023 and he really hasn’t looked back.

Since making his debut in October 2023, he’s ever-present in the Premier League and is now valued at a small fortune by the Reds.

Murillo rejected Manchester City before signing for Forest and how Pep Guardiola would love to have the player in his team at the moment.

The 22-year-old is going all the way to the top but right now, it’s Forest who are seeing him grow as a player in the Premier League.

Murillo reacts on Instagram after Forest beat Ipswich

Murillo took some praise from Morgan Gibbs-White after earning a Brazil call-up last month, however, he didn’t manage to get on the pitch.

That will come though and for now, Murillo is fully focused on helping Forest maintain a position in the higher echelons of the division.

After yesterday’s game, Murillo posted on X a message to the fans who were once again outstanding on Trentside.

Morato raves about Forest star Murillo

Morato has a remarkable Forest record. The team still haven’t conceded a goal whilst he’s been on the pitch and once again he got on for a cameo against Ipswich.

The Brazilian defender is clearly a positive influence on Murillo in the dressing room and he’s quietly proving an unsung hero on Trentside.

After Murillo’s post, he messages with three flame emojis and said the words, ‘Come on brother’ to his teammate.

Morato’s time to start will come but right now, having a player like him on the bench can only be a good thing for Espirito Santo.
