Jamie Carragher joked he'd see Mohamed Salah in the car park after the Egyptian's Player of the Match-winning performance in Liverpool's 2-0 win over Manchester City. The tongue-in-cheek response from the former Reds defender came a week after Roy Keane's heated altercation with a Ipswich Town supporter.
The 32-year-old picked up another personal accolade as his penalty rounded off a dominant triumph over the Premier League champions, sending Arne Slot's side nine points clear at the summit. Virgil van Dijk quizzed the Sky Sports reporter over who nominated Salah for the Player of the Match award, under the belief it was Carragher, however Gary Neville made a late change - picking the attacker over the Dutchman.
It comes after Carragher's divisive comments in light of Salah's shock contract admission following his double in the 3-2 win over Southampton last Sunday.

"Between?" Van Dijk responded to the 'big debate' over who would receive the Player of the Match. "OK, well give it to him (Salah)... So who picked him?
"OK well done, congratulations. I'm surprised Carragher didn't give it to you."
Salah responded: "Oh no, he wouldn't, no he wouldn't." The Sky reporter jumped in after the jovial comment before the Liverpool captain concluded: "We don't listen to that."
Sky Sports presenter Dave Jones prompted Carragher for a response to which he replied: "I'll see him in the car park." The former Manchester United midfielder smiled and shook his head while the panel laughed.
Keane was involved in a viral back-and-forth with a Tractor Boys supporter following the Red Devils' draw with the newly-promoted club last weekend. Footage captured the 53-year-old confronting the angry fan and telling him to continue their discussion in the car park.
