The Esk claims there is no legal impediment preventing Farhad Moshiri and Dan Friedkin agreeing to terminate Sean Dyche’s Everton contract.
After the 4-0 defeat against Manchester United on 1 December, questions are being asked of the Englishman’s ability to steady the ship.
The Toffees are currently in the midst of a takeover saga with The Friedkin Group waiting on the Premier League’s green signal.
Via Blue Sky Social, Paul Quinn, who goes by the moniker The Esk wrote: “Subject to meeting the terms of Dyche’s employment contract there is no legal impediment to Moshiri & Dan Friedkin agreeing to terminate his employment immediately.”
Sean Dyche needed to be sacked by Everton months ago
The Esk claims that it will take less than £3million for the club to part ways with Dyche before the end of his contract.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
In the grand scheme of things, this is a very small amount which even the Friedkin Group would not mind paying them.
If things don’t improve, the Toffees face the very realistic threat of relegation and that will be a devastating financial situation for the new owners.
Relegation will drastically reduce the valuation of the club and revenues in the Championship are nothing in comparison to the top flight.
Surely The Friedkin Group cannot be watching these performances and thinking that things are going well at Goodison Park.
A change was needed months ago but a run of few decent results has seen Dyche still remain in a job.
In other Everton news, sources have issued a confirmation regarding a major development in the takeover saga.
