Statistics, comparing the production of two of world football’s best right wingers – in Lamine Yamal and Bukayo Saka – have this weekend come to the fore online.
As much comes after the latter opened a clear advantage over Barcelona star Lamine when it comes to goal contributions this season.
Sakas is fresh off a starring display on Saturday, which saw the England international notch a goal and two assists en route to a 5-2 drubbing of West Ham United.
Barca counterpart Lamine, on the other hand, was afforded only a late cameo in the Blaugrana’s meeting with Las Palmas, after a spell on the sidelines with an ankle injury.
And, owing to as much, the former has managed to open up a clear advantage when it comes to G/A.
As revealed by statisticians StatMuse, in the battle between two of the game’s standout wide-men, Saka, despite having played fewer league games, now has:
3 more combined goals and assists
6 more big chances created
9 more chances created
League stats this season:
3 G/A
