Pep Guardiola to be given '£200million war chest' to try and turn City's season around

Pep Guardiola will head into the January transfer window armed with a whopping £200million.

Having blown next to nothing last summer, the City boss had been promised £100m already to reinforce the squad for the second half of the campaign - if required. Well, the English champions’ unprecedented collapse during the last few weeks means that war chest has suddenly been doubled - overnight.
