West Ham are back in action as soon as Tuesday night as they look to bounce back from an afternoon to forget on Saturday. The Hammers were beaten 5-2 by Arsenal at the London Stadium, suffering a setback in their recovery, but they now have a run of winnable fixtures starting on Tuesday night.

Leicester are next up, and the Foxes will welcome new manager Ruud van Nistelrooy for the first time after the bizarre sacking of Steve Cooper. Here we round up all the latest injury news surrounding both teams going into this fixture.

Issahaku Fatawu- Out

Fatawu is out for the season withnow former boss Cooper saying: “He's had a serious injury, ACL, that is going to rule him out for the rest of the season. We have to support him now in every way in making his rehab and his return as smooth and productive as possible.”

Harry Winks - Out

Winks is not expected to feature just yet with Cooper saying before his departure: “He’s recovering well. Tomorrow will be too early, but hopefully, he’ll join the group again soon.”

Ricardo Pereira - Out

Pereira is out long term with Cooper saying: “Ricky is more conclusive. 'It's a serious muscle injury that will rule him out for 3-4 months, so it's a real blow for everyone, especially him, and it's a bad time, but now we need to support him with his recovery.”

Jakub Stolarczyk - Out

Cooper said of the goalkeeper: “[He] had a similar injury [to Daka]. His rehab is slightly different, with him being a GK. He’s able to be out on the grass a little more, still with the medical and rehab team. He’s in that same period towards the final stage of rehab.”

Okoli has picked up a knock and will be assessed ahead of Tuesday’s game.

Lopetegui said of the German striker recently: “Niclas is improving, but he’s still out and is not ready for Newcastle.”
