All the latest injury news surrounding Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town as they prepare to face off in the Premier League.

Crystal Palace are back in action on Tuesday when they face Ipswich Town looking to continue their revival. The Eagles secured another point on Saturday, drawing with Newcastle United thanks to Daniel Munoz’s late equaliser, the wideman making up for an earlier miss.

Oliver Glasner’s men are just goal difference above next opponents Ipswich, making this one an important game, even at this stage of the season. Here we round up all the early injury news surrounding both teams.

Chiedozie Ogbene - Out

Ogbene is out for the season with McKenna having confirmed: “Chiedozie had surgery yesterday. It was an Achilles tear. It's unlikely he'll play much, if any, football this season. Will be looking at preparing for next season.”

George Hirst - Out

Hirst is out until the new year with McKenna saying: “He's had another scan, and it wasn't particularly great news. It's going to be a period of time, certainly. We're still not exactly sure, but it's going to take us through the Christmas period, we think.”

Kalvin Phillips - Doubt

McKenna said ahead of the weekend: “I've been out training for the last few days... I feel good, but I don't know if this weekend comes too soon.” The weekend did come too soon, but Phillips could return here.

Benjamin Johnson - Doubt

Johnson has picked up a knock but could well be good to go here.

Axel Tuanzebe - Out

Tuanzebe remains out with a hamstring injury.

Matheus Franca - Out

Glasner confirmed back in late October that Franca would be out until the new year, saying: “He is too far away. I don’t think that he will play many games or even one game in for us. We expected Franca to be back within two to three months and he’s still out.”

Daichi Kamada - Out (Suspended)

Kamada will serve the final game of his three-match suspension here.

Chadi Riad - Doubt

Riad is due back over the next week or two but this one may come too soon for him given he remained absent over the weekend.

Adam Wharton - Doubt

It was hoped Wharton could return for Newcastle, but that one came too soon. It remains to be seen whether he will return here.

Holding has been excluded from first team plans over an issue that has not been made public.
