Chelsea put in a complete performance against Aston Villa on Sunday, beating their opponents 3-0.
Goals from Nicolas Jackson, Enzo Fernandez and Cole Palmer secured the three points for Chelsea, while the team’s backline was able to keep a clean sheet after some good defending and goalkeeping.
That win means Chelsea are now level on points with Arsenal, who are second in the Premier League table behind Liverpool.
While Pedro Neto was unable to contribute to any of his side’s goals, he was still impressive. Chelsea fans praised Neto during the game for his excellent delivery.

Mark Warburton impressed with Pedro Neto
Like many Chelsea supporters, former Nottingham Forest manager Mark Warburton was also impressed with what he saw from Neto despite the winger not scoring or assisting.
For Warburton, Neto was a real threat during Chelsea’s latest win at Stamford Bridge.
While commentating on the game for the BBC, the 62-year-old said: “Pedro Neto is such a threat. He sold Lucas Digne then and the 1v1 was clearly won. Neto has been a clear threat.”

Jamie Carragher still thinks Neto can go up another level, with the £54m Portugal international having scored just one goal in the Premier League so far this season.
Pedro Neto’s numbers vs Aston Villa
Neto did not make the same kind of impact that he made against Arsenal, whom he managed to score against.
The 24-year-old did not have a single shot on target or register a key pass. Only one of his crosses went down as accurate, but Chelsea’s other attackers did have the opportunity to get onto the end of some of the others.

All in all, it was not Neto’s best game in the Premier League, but he was still a threat at times as Warburton mentioned.
Chelsea’s next match is against Southampton. If Neto starts that fixture, he should be looking to get his name on the scoresheet.
Southampton have really struggled in the English top flight this season, with Russell Martin’s side currently at the bottom of the table with just five points.
