Arsenal went out of the FA Cup at the first attempt last season following a home defeat to Liverpool, who eventually fell to Manchester United en route to their Wembley triumph in May.

The FA Cup third round weekend is always one of the highlights of the football calendar, and the draw to confirm the ties will be sorted tonight.

The FA Cup third round draw is set to take place tonight, Monday, December 2.

It will be broadcast live on talkSPORT and is set to be held at around 7:10pm.

The ball numbers for the draw have been confirmed following the conclusion of the second round ties.

Current champions Manchester United are number 23, Premier League champions Man City are 22 and top-flight leaders Liverpool are 20.

National League sides Dagenham & Redbridge (number 50) and Tamworth (53) are the lowest-ranked teams in the draw while there will be six League Two clubs involved.
