The draw for the FA Cup third round takes place this week ahead of the next round of fixtures in January.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are just three of the Premier League and Championship outfits who will find out their opponents for the third round of the FA Cup on Monday evening.
It's the first time this season that clubs in the top two divisions will enter the much-loved domestic competition with the matches to be played on the weekend of January 11. West Ham, Crystal Palace, Brentford and Fulham will join the Gunners, Blues and Spurs in the mix.
From the Championship, QPR and Millwall will also be handed cup ties. The London rivals in League One, Charlton Athletic and Leyton Orient, have also survived the early knockouts and secured a place in the third round.

When is the FA Cup third round draw?
The draw for the third round of the FA Cup will take place at Old Trafford on Monday, December 2 at 7 pm. The home of Manchester United will host the event after the Red Devils won the tournament in 2024.
Manchester United legend and four-time FA Cup winner Mark Hughes will be joined by former Aston Villa forward and pundit Dion Dublin in picking out the balls.

The draw will be broadcast live on BBC Two from 7 pm with a 30-minute time slot scheduled for the programme. The action can also be watched live on the BBC iPlayer and on the BBC Sport app.

The third round sees the 44 clubs from the Premier League and Championship enter the competition for the first time. So far, it has just been sides in the lower divisions battling their way through the early rounds of fixtures.

That means a long list of London clubs entering the tournament. Chelsea, Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham, Fulham and Brentford will all be given fixtures. Joining those Premier League sides are Millwall and QPR from the Championship.
