Newcastle United fans will play a big part in Wednesday night’s Premier League clash against Liverpool.

When the Premier League leaders come to town it’s always a big event, and Newcastle United will be desperate to bounce back from their disappointing 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.

Liverpool travel to St James’ Park on Wednesday evening and Eddie Howe will end a run of nine years without a victory against the Reds if he is able to pick up three points.

Newcastle have already beaten some huge names at home this season with wins against Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal as well as a draw against Manchester City.

Will Kevin Keegan be attending Newcastle vs Liverpool?

Keegan offered Howe some key advice after he became Newcastle manager in 2021, but he is still yet to return and watch his former side in action.
