Speaking to **RMC Sport**, Paris FC’s new owner Antoine Arnault shed some light on Red Bull’s involvement in the capital club’s ambitious project. No, Jurgen Klopp won’t immediately be on in the dugout Les Parisiens. According to **RMC**, the former Liverpool manager’s new role at Red Bull will involve very little input into Paris FC. “We won’t be Red Bull Paris FC, there isn’t the kind of multi-ownership thinking like there is in Leipzig or Salzburg and elsewhere in the world,” said Arnault at his presentation press conference.
Klopp is due to fly to Paris in the next few weeks, but he is unlikely to spend much time at the club. Instead, **RMC** report that Red Bull’s official contact at Paris FC will be former Bayern Munich striker Mario Gomez. The retired former German international has been a technical director of the Red Bull group since 2022, and has worked closely with Bragantino, New York Red Bulls, and Leipzig.
Since the 29th November, Gomez has officially been named one of two Red Bull directors at the club. The German has already made several visits to the capital to try and help the restructuring project at the club: specifically concerning the youth academy and training facilities.
