The FA Cup is here and Leicester City will be hoping they can lift the trophy for the second time in their history.
Leicester last won the world’s oldest cup competition in 2021, beating Chelsea thanks to Youri Tielemans’ second half effort.
Last season saw the Foxes reach the quarter-finals stage of the competition and with Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side finding out they will face QPR in the Third Round, they know that as well as adding to the trophy cabinet, an extra pay date is in store.

As Leicester begin the competition in the Third Round, they will only start allocating money from that round onwards.
Unlike other domestic tournaments, even if the Foxes were to exit at the Third Round stage, they would still earn a small fee.
The winner of the FA Cup will pocket £2m for winning the final and a grand total of £3.68m. In comparison to the Premier League earnings, this is a tiny amount, with the winner of England’s top flight receiving £44m.
