West Ham United must make a decision on the future of Julen Lopetegui quickly after Sergio Conceicao was linked with a return to Nantes.
The Hammers have had a poor start to life under the Spaniard, already suffering six defeats in just 13 Premier League games.
Despite a win against Newcastle United, a 5-2 defeat against Arsenal five days later has led to discussions about the future of the 58-year-old.
This has prompted the hierarchy at the London Stadium to consider potential replacements, with support shown by the board for the ex-Porto manager [The Guardian].
If the Portuguese head coach is the top choice, a decision about Lopetegui must be made quickly after a fresh approach from Ligue 1.

If the hierarchy at the London Stadium wants the ex-Braga man in as the new manager, they must move quickly and sack Lopetegui before Nantes makes their move.
