Jack Grealish would particularly appreciate several of his Manchester City teammates more than most due to having trained and played with them since 2021.
Grealish has a unique insight on what makes several of his teammates stand out as both players and characters.
For instance, Grealish lauded Ilkay Gundogan as the most underrated player at City.
However, the Manchester City megastar has especially shared a dressing room featuring a whole host of world-class players in the England national team.
Big names like Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham, Bukayo Saka and Trent Alexander-Arnold roll off the tongue.

As a result, Grealish’s experience of playing with elite players is not just restricted to his spell at the Etihad Stadium.

Jack Grealish names Kevin De Bruyne as best player he has played with
Erling Haaland, Bernardo Silva and Rodri are all incredible players that even some of the biggest names in the Premier League would be desperate to play with.
Pep Guardiola would consider himself lucky as well for having had the pleasure of managing such outstanding players.
But ultimately, Grealish could not look past Kevin De Bruyne as the best player he has ever played with.
The Englishman told Fubo: “The best player I’ve ever played with would have to be Kevin De Bruyne. An absolute magician and yeah, scored and assisted so many important goals in important games I’ve played in for Manchester City.”
In October, Grealish praised De Bruyne’s shooting as well, claiming he has never come across a player as gifted as the midfield maestro is at striking the ball with both feet.
In April 2021, Grealish hailed De Bruyne’s passing as well, writing: “De Bruyne’s final ball every single time is unbelievable.”
Grealish complimented De Bruyne after he scored a miraculous goal from 35 yards against Montenegro in Belgium’s 2-0 win.
Grealish revealed De Bruyne was his “favourite player” at Aston Villa
In an interview with BT Sport (now TNT Sports) in June 2021, the three-time Premier League winner revealed that the £54.5 million man was his favourite player.
While naming the greatest 10 midfielders in Premier League history back then, Grealish said: “Number three, I’m going to go with my favourite player in the world at the moment, Kevin De Bruyne.”
“Yeah, that’s how highly I rate him. I was actually debating him putting higher. He’s one of them where unless you play against him, you don’t realise how good he is and he’s unbelievable.”
Grealish added: “He just has so many, so many talents. One thing that I can quickly say about him is everything he does is different.”
“Sometimes, he’ll take the ball and have a few touches, sometimes, he’ll get in, cross it straightaway, other times, he’ll just past it off first time. People don’t give him enough credit for how fit and fast he is.”
“Like if you’d see the stats that you get from games, the amount he runs is scary, it’s unbelievable.”
Grealish has always idolised De Bruyne and it seems like now that he has played with the midfield maestro, he rates him even more highly than at Villa.
