Leicester City picked up a 3-1 win against West Ham United in Ruud van Nistelrooy’s first game in charge.
Leicester had to soak up a lot of pressure in the first half and Mads Hermansen rescued them on a number of occasions after Jamie Vardy’s opener.
But in the second half the hosts took much more control and found the second through Bilal El Khannouss, who finished neatly past Lukasz Fabianski.
City thought they’d found the third when Bobby De Cordova Reid followed in Patson Daka’s rebound but VAR intervened and ruled the goal out due to an offside in the build-up.
Daka then rounded off the scoring with a superb stoppage-time finish to send the King Power Stadium into raptures.
Victory for van Nistelrooy’s men moved them up to 15th, four points above the relegation zone heading into the busy festive period.
West Ham fans were absolutely blown away by one Leicester player, in particular.
