The Reds have several first-team players out with injuries.
Liverpool are set to be without SIX key players for their upcoming Premier League match against Newcastle United.
Coming off the back of two massive wins over Real Madrid and Manchester City, Liverpool travel to St James' Park for a Premier League clash with Newcastle United on Wednesday.
Ahead of the game, Newcastle fans have expressed concerns over the fitness of Alexander Isak who was forced off early during their previous match against Crystal Palace.
But Liverpool will also be without several key players for the match after they were confirmed unavailable for the trip to Newcastle.
The major injury concerns for Liverpool are all in their backline as defenders Ibrahima Konate, Conor Bradley and Kossas Tsimikas are all recovering from injuries sustained over the past over the past two weeks.
Both Bradley and Konate suffered injuries after putting in big performances during the exciting Champions League win over Real Madrid, leading to them missing last weekend's clash against City.
Meanwhile Tsimikas picked up an ankle injury during training and was recently spotted watching the City match in a protective boot and crutches, suggesting his return to the pitch is not imminent.
The other player confirmed to be out of the trip to Newcastle is star keeper Alisson, who remains sidelined by a hamstring injury sustained during the closing moments of Liverpool's win over Crystal Palace.
Ahead of Tuesday's match in Newcastle, Liverpool manager Arne Slot provided an update on when fans can expect to see the Brazilian back in between the sticks.
"We are just waiting for the moment that Alisson is completely fit because Caoimh is doing too well to put Alisson in goal if he is only on 50%. That would not be good for Alisson and not be good for the team," said the Reds boss.
“He’s getting there. It might take a few more extra days but he’s getting closer and closer.

“But he will be in goal before the end of December if things continue like they are.”
Doubts also remain over the fitness of forward pair Diogo Jota and Federico Chiesa, with both men unlikely to make the trip to St James' Park.
Little has been said by Slot about Jota's injury since the Portuguese striker picked up an injury in against Chelsea in October.
Meanwhile summer signing Chiesa recently returned to first team training, but will need to build himself back up to match fitness before making a return to the matchday squad.
