The Real Madrid and Brazil forward is one of 26 finalists in the running for the 2024 FIFPRO Men's World 11
The World 11 is the only global football award decided exclusively by the players
The 2024 World 11 will be revealed on Monday 9 December on FIFPRO's digital channels
Vinicius Jr is the kind of player who leaves no lover of the beautiful game indifferent. Explosive dribbling with the ability to score important goals, the Brazilian has been a member of the world's sporting elite for a few seasons now. And in 2024, he is a strong candidate to once again make the World 11.
Vinicius Jr is among the 26 finalists shortlisted for this year's edition of the Men's World 11, which rewards individual performances between 21 August 2023 and 14 July 2024 inclusive.
Three strikers will be selected by professional footballers for the World 11, with the possibility of a fourth if the most voted player outside the 10 – one goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three strikers – also plays as a striker. Erling Haaland, Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi, Cole Palmer, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lamine Yamal are all in the running alongside the Brazilian.
