Chelsea midfielder Romeo Lavia seems to be the model professional, especially in training.
Romeo Lavia has played for Manchester City, Southampton and now Chelsea, and it does not look like anyone has had anything bad to say about the 20-year-old.
In fact, a lot of good things have been said about Lavia this season, with his performances coming in for praise.
“I think people underestimate just how good Lavia is,” former Premier League striker Troy Deeney said when discussing Lavia last month.

Romeo Lavia eager to learn
Lavia is clearly a player with a lot of talent. However, the Belgian has remained grounded, according to those who have worked with him.
The Sun recently claimed that senior figures who have trained alongside Lavia have noticed how eager he is to learn from others.
Last season, what the Belgium international had learnt in his career, he was unable to put into practice because of injury.
In total, Lavia was only able to make one appearance for Chelsea following his move from Southampton. Lavia, though, is fit again and thriving.

At the end of October, former Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood described Lavia as a “top-class midfield player”.
Enzo Maresca wants more from Romeo Lavia
Despite all of the praise that Lavia has come in for this season, Enzo Maresca thinks there is still room for improvement.
Maresca spoke about Lavia in the build-up to Chelsea’s game against Southampton later and said: “Romeo is doing very well with us but because I know him well, he can do much better.”
Lavia is definitely not someone at Chelsea who can afford to rest on his laurels. The former Southampton star is competing against Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez for a place in the team, two £100m midfielders.
Right now, there may not actually be a better midfielder than Caicedo in the Premier League, showing the standard at Chelsea at present.
It means that Lavia cannot just be satisfied with being fit and playing games again. As Maresca has said, he needs to improve and keep working hard.
