Everton are struggling badly in the Premier League but their days of misery could be over very soon.
The Toffees will move into a new stadium next season and expect to have a new owner in place before the end of this month.
Alan Myers has shared on X that he expects the Friedkin Group to get the official approval around the week following the Merseyside derby clash against Liverpool.
The Sky Sports journalist further adds that while he doesn’t have any specific date, he thinks “it will be asap” as the prospective owners won’t hang around.
The Liverpool Echo reported yesterday that the necessary approval is believed to be “close”, and TFG do not expect any major roadblocks.
Is Sean Dyche on borrowed time?
Everton fans will be excited to hear that they are finally getting rid of Farhad Moshiri and the club will get a new wealthy owner in place in the coming weeks.
There will be money to spend in the transfer markets, and the club probably won’t have to sell their key players first to bring in new faces.
Sean Dyche will hope that he will get funds to bring in new players in January, but the question is, will he be given time to change things around at Goodison Park?
Honestly no idea, but I think it will be asap, they won’t hang around

At the moment, it seems like Dyche and Everton fans are locked in a loveless relationship. The Toffees fans have grown frustrated with the boring and antediluvian style of football that lacks imagination.
Everton have won only two out of 13 league games and they have not scored in the last four games.
Dyche, however, deserves massive respect for the work he did last season when Everton were docked eight points for breaching the financial rules.
After the humiliating 4-0 defeat against Manchester United, the mood among Everton fans has turned sour, and speculation is growing about how long Dyche can survive at the club with the takeover process finally reaching a conclusion.
