This Chelsea squad has some really dangerous attackers in it, including the likes of Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson.
Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson both scored in Chelsea‘s 3-0 win against Aston Villa last Sunday, once again showing their threat.
Pedro Neto, Jadon Sancho and Noni Madueke have also proven to be menacing forwards this season.
According to talkSPORT pundit Simon Jordan, Neto has been a “brilliant addition” to Chelsea.

Zat Knight describes Cole Palmer as ‘devastating’
While Neto, Sancho, Madueke and Jackson are all talented offensive players, Palmer remains the biggest threat that Chelsea have.
In 13 Premier League appearances this season, the attacking midfielder has scored eight goals and provided six assists.
For former Aston Villa defender Zat Knight, Palmer is absolutely “devastating” and not someone he would want to come up against.
Speaking on ESPN about Palmer after Chelsea’s win against his old side, Knight said: “I wouldn’t like to defend him! I mean, back in my day I played against some fast players, some tricky players, but he looks devastating. He can go left, he can go right and, at the moment, he’s on cloud nine.”

Clearly, Palmer is the main guy at Chelsea, but that status has not seen any of his teammates become envious or anything like that. Palmer recently spoke about his great relationship with Jackson and how they communicate constantly off the pitch.
Cole Palmer’s dribbling
Palmer’s dribbling is not his best attribute. His biggest strengths are probably hitting very powerful and accurate shots and creating chances.
Nevertheless, the 22-year-old is still capable of beating defenders. Last season, for example, he completed 1.6 dribbles per game in the Premier League, which was the joint-highest average in Chelsea’s squad.

When you watch Palmer play, he is certainly a footballer who can get past midfielders, full-backs and central defenders and in some really tight spots.
All in all, the England international is the complete attacker and is definitely not someone you want to defend against.
Southampton’s backline will not relish taking Palmer on later if Enzo Maresca decides to start his star man at St Mary’s.
