Chelsea are refusing to sell Mykhailo Mudryk and actually believe that the €100 million flop will still come good.
There have been reports for months that Chelsea will try to sell or loan out Mudryk in the January transfer window after two disastrous years at Stamford Bridge.
However, Ben Jacobs has again underlined that there is no truth to such reports. He claims that Chelsea do not intend to offload the Ukrainian in the winter market.
Indeed, Chelsea still believe that there €100m signing will come good, despite little evidence to suggest he will.
This season, Mudryk has zero goals and zero assists in the Premier League and is well down the pecking order at the club.
However, he has been reasonably productive in the minor cup competitions, managing three goals and five assists in the Conference League and League Cup.
Chelsea intend to stick with him in January.

Mudryk at Chelsea
Mudryk joined Chelsea for €100 million in January 2023 from Shakhtar Donetsk after the Blues hijacked Arsenal's deal for the winger.
Since joining Chelsea, Mudryk has managed just 10 goals and nine assists in 73 appearances amidst a string of poor performances.
Despite boasting blistering pace and dribbling qualities, his technique and decision-making has regularly let him down.
He has fallen well down the pecking order under new manager Enzo Maresca.
Mudryk was linked with a summer transfer away from Chelsea, and his future remains very much in question ahead of the January window.
Chelsea have spent over €1 billion on transfers since Todd Boehly bought the club two years ago but the results have not matched the spending.
Chelsea endured a disastrous 2023-24 season as they once again went trophyless.
The start to the new campaign has been more promising, although Mudryk has played little to no part in that good start as he finds himself very much a squad player.
