David Sullivan and Daniel Kretinsky have a big decisions to make about the future of Julen Lopetegui at West Ham United.
Well, if we’re being honest, it should be an easy decision to make shouldn’t it?

David Sullivan brought Julen Lopetegui to West Ham to replace David Moyes in the summer, but the Spaniard has flattered to deceive at the London Stadium.
And now the 75-year-old and Daniel Kretinsky face an important few days ahead of them.
The dressing room at West Ham is said to be an unhappy one right now, and it’s no surprise really is it.
The performances this season have been absolutely dire.
And the results have been equally as poor.
There is no way that the Hammers should be languishing down near the bottom of the table after the amount of money that was spent in the summer.
Lopetegui’s days at the London Stadium are numbered in my mind, it’s just a matter of when he gets sacked, rather than if.

Change incoming at West Ham after board meeting claim
Next up for the Hammers is a clash with Wolves on Monday night.
Will Lopetegui be in the dugout for that one though? I highly doubt it.

It’s hard to imagine that we could have regressed from last season, considering how poor we were during the second-half of the 2023/24 campaign.
The fact that there aren’t even any discernible signs that things will get better is enough reason in itself to sack Lopetegui as far as I’m concerned.
Now it seems like the Hammers owners are set to take steps toward making the best decision possible for the club’s future.
The BBC’s chief sports writer Simon Stone has provided an update on Lopetegui’s future this afternoon.
He suggests that a board meeting is set to take place, and Sullivan and Kretinsky have a very big decision to make:
It’s surely time for Lopetegui to go.
He has failed to implement a new style of football on the pitch, and he lacks any kind of charisma and charm off the field of play.
It’s clear to me that he’s lost the dressing room as well.
David Sullivan and Daniel Kretinsky need to conduct this board meeting sharpish, and make a ruthless decision by moving Julen lopetegui on from West Ham.
