Federico Chiesa remains a doubt for Liverpool
Liverpool will be without a number of key figures when they take on Newcastle United in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.
Arne Slot's side are currently top of the standings after 13 games following the weekend's 2-0 victory over Manchester City. They are now 11 points clear of their rivals and nine ahead of both Arsenal and Chelsea.
While their league position is promising, injuries are starting to mount for the Dutchman as his side enter a crucial run of fixtures in the lead up to Christmas. Harvey Elliott has recently returned to action after a spell on the sidelines, but Alisson and Diogo Jota are yet to make a comeback after picking up problems in October.

Federico Chiesa has been out of action since his full debut against West Ham in September due to fitness issues, but is on the verge of making a return. The Italian has been back in team training in recent weeks, but it remains to be seen whether he's ready to be involved at St James' Park.
Kostas Tsimikas, Ibrahima Konate and Conor Bradley are the latest names to join the injury list. Tsimikas suffered an ankle injury during a training session at the end of last month and was pictured in a protective boot during Sunday's triumph over City, suggesting he is still some way from making a return.
Konate and Bradley both suffered injuries in the latter stages of the 2-0 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League last Wednesday and are expected to be sidelined for a number of weeks. Bradley limped off with a hamstring problem midway through the second half, while Konate picked up a knee injury after a challenge from Endrick in the final moments of the game.
Below is the full Liverpool squad expected to be available to face Newcastle, barring any late injury or fitness concerns.
