Arsenal and Manchester United are set to lock horns in a huge Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night.
Arsenal will be eager to triumph in front of their fans and narrow the gap on Liverpool, while Man United will hope to get themselves into title contention.
Although the rivalry between the Gunners and the Red Devils hasn’t been quite as intense in recent years, there are signs that things could change.
Arsenal are Premier League title contenders once again, while the Old Trafford side has been improving under first Ruud van Nistelrooy and now Ruben Amorim.
Indeed, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta hasn’t ruled out Man United potentially challenging for the Premier League title.
Arteta has been putting his players through their paces at the Sobha Realty Training Centre and a few youth players were spotted in their latest session.

Jimi Gower spotted in Arsenal training ahead of Manchester United clash
Jimi Gower was one of the youth team players spotted in the Arsenal first-team training session.
Official Arsenal photographer Stuart MacFarlane took a photo of the Gunners midfielder giving chase to Kai Havertz.
Fellow Arsenal youngsters Max Dowman, Romari Forde and Seb Ferdinand also took part in the session.
Who is Arsenal academy player Jimi Gower?
Jimi Gower is a 20-year-old professional footballer who is on the books at Arsenal and has been playing for the Under-21s in recent years.
As per the Arsenal’s official website, he joined the Gunners in the summer of 2017 and has been rising through the ranks, earning himself a professional contract in July 2023.
The Arsenal media team has described Gower as a “silky smooth midfielder”, while Gunners youth team expert Jeorge Bird said he “brings much energy to his team”.
Meanwhile, former Arsenal youth coach Jack Wilshere told The Athletic last year: “There are some things that you see from Myles Lewis-Skelly, Ethan Nwaneri, Bradley Ibrahim, Jimi Gower – they do things you can’t coach.
“That’s why they’re at Arsenal. They need a few things tactically. I like my midfielders to be on the half-turn, play forward and touch forward, dribble if you can.”
Gower has made nine Premier League 2 appearances and three EFL Trophy outings this season.
