Preview to Arsenal vs Manchester United at the Emirates
Arsenal and Manchester United are set to face off in their 14th Premier League game of the season. Six points separate the teams, and they will be keen to get into a good run of form ahead of the hectic festive fixtures.
The 20-time English champions are under new management after parting ways with their former boss, Erik ten Hag.
Arteta opened up on his side's preparation for the game, saying (via the Standard):
“You can see his fingerprints in what he wants to do straight away, He’s been very clear with what he wants to do. What he did with Sporting was remarkable after so many years. Especially the way he did it and the way his teams are playing."
Speaking to the press about his chances ahead of the game, Amorim told Sky Sports:
"I want to say different things, but I have to say it again: the storm will come, We are going to have difficult moments and we will be found out in some games. And I know that, because I'm knowing my players and I know football. So I understand the difference between the teams. We are in the point that we are putting simple things in the team, without training. And you feel it."
Arsenal have beaten Manchester United 12 times in their last 33 games, while the Red Devils have won 14. Both sides have shared the points seven times.
