Barcelona star Lamine Yamal on Tuesday secured for himself the title of La Liga’s standout dribbler across the season to date.
As much comes owing to his exploits en route to Barca’s 5-1 drubbing of RCD Mallorca.
On his return to starting duties at Son Moix, Lamine was in flying form, laying on an assist, winning a penalty, and acting as a thorn in the side of the hosts’ backline all night.
Not only that, but the 17-year-old managed to complete an impressive five of his seven dribbles attempted.
And, as alluded to above, in the process, Lamine took over leadership of the dribbling charts in Spain’s top-flight in 2024/25.
As revealed by **[Mundo Deportivo](https://www.mundodeportivo.com/videos/fc-barcelona/20241204/1002365192/malabares-lamine-yamal-empezar-mallorca.html)**, the Barcelona starlet has now racked up 40 completed dribbles this season, two more than Real Madrid talisman Vinícius Jr.
Rounding out the podium with a tally of 36, meanwhile, is Sevilla’s Dodi Lukebakio.
