Wolves are looking to get back on track in the Premier League tonight as they face Everton at Goodison Park.
After the awful 4-2 defeat to Bournemouth at the weekend, Gary O’Neil is looking for a big response on Merseyside, and there is no overstating how big this game is – for both sides.
It could well be that the loser of this contest sees their manager get sacked, with Sean Dyche also under huge pressure right now.
It’ll be interesting to see what kind of team O’Neil puts out, with at least one change needing to be made.
Nelson Semedo is unavailable to face Everton due to suspension, so we could see Matt Doherty or Pedro Lima at right back/right wing-back.
It’s also not out of the question O’Neil could turn to Rodrigo Gomes to be Wolves’ secret weapon against Everton, with the youngster having played right wing-back for most of last season.
Fans are nervous for the game, but Dave Edwards has shared why he thinks Wolves will come out on top.

Everton are just one place and two points above Wolves in the Premier League table.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
While the game is at Goodison Park, this a great chance for three points, with the Toffees having struggled this season.
For Edwards, Wolves will take the three points tonight and there are two main reasons he thinks that. One is that there will be considerable pressure on the home team ahead of some very hard fixtures coming up, and the other is the quality of Wolves have on the counter-attack.
He said on talkSPORT earlier today: “They just looked so vulnerable (against Bournemouth). And that’s something Gary O’Neil has to try and sort out. The mentality of going into every game, to just be as tight as we possibly can be at the back.
“Limit chances or even concede one and there’s a good chance we’ll win this game of football. Because the attacking talent Wolves have got is superior to anyone down that bottom end of the table. They’re always going to score goals.
“I’m really confident tonight for Wolves, because I feel it’s the perfect game for them. They can bounce back quickly after that game on Saturday with a midweek game. Everton are under so much pressure themselves at the moment, and if you look at their run of their fixtures after this it’s really tough.
“They’ve got Liverpool, Arsenal Chelsea and Man City. So they’ll be looking at this game with Wolves as a must-win, and that will bring pressure on.
“I don’t think the onus will be on Wolves to go and really attack. I think they can sit in their shape and be difficult to beat, and Wolves are one of the best counter-attacking teams in the Premier League.”

Wolves have to respond after Bournemouth shambles
Edwards made some great points earlier today as he previewed tonight’s game.
Both sides obviously need to win the game to relieve a bit of pressure, but there are huge expectations on Everton tonight given their upcoming fixtures.
Wolves have just got to try and take their chances when they come. So far this season, there haven’t been any issues regarding that.
It’s just going to be about whether the defence can hold firm. Everton are the lowest scorers in the Premier League so far with just 10 goals, so hopefully a clean sheet will be on the cards.
