Real Madrid have been urged to sign William Saliba
Arsenal are well in the conversation to win this year’s Premier League title.
The Gunners remain behind current table toppers Liverpool. But one thing that could see them cut the gap over the coming weeks is additions in January.
Mikel Arteta has not regularly been busy in the winter market having not decided to spend at all last season. But that could potentially change this time around.
A number of stars have already been linked with moves to the Emirates Stadium, while some current Gunners could be sold. Take a look at all of the latest Arsenal rumours:

Saliba backed for Real Madrid move
Former Real Madrid defender Rafael Alkorta has urged the Spanish giants to make a move for Arsenal defender William Saliba. Speaking to AS, he said: “There’s a weakness at centre-back and full-back because of so many injuries, but you can already say that [youngster Raul] Asencio has taken away a problem because his performance is very high.
“Maybe with him and another centre-back from the youth academy plus Rüdiger and Alaba, if he comes back soon, it could work."
“I love Saliba from Arsenal," he added. "Without financial restrictions I would definitely sign him. He’s a really interesting player. Of the young centre-backs in Europe, I’d say he’s at least in the top three.”
Jesus ‘open’ to exit
While Saliba could potentially be eyed by Real Madrid, Gabriel Jesus could also maybe be on the way out of the Emirates Stadium. According to Brazilian outlet UOL, Jesus is considering his future with Arsenal after falling down the pecking order.
And Arsenal might potentially be tempted to cash-in should they receive an acceptable offer. Jesus joined Arsenal in 2022 in a £45m move from Premier League rivals Manchester City.
But since then, injuries have limited him to just 86 appearances and he has scored 20 goals. Jesus, 27, has two-and-a-half years left on his contract with Arsenal.

Rodri out to scupper plan
Rodri has told Manchester City to sign Nico Williams ahead of Arsenal. Speaking to AS, he said: “Yes, yes.
“Right now if I was taking him I would also be taking him to teach him a little bit about the cold in England, although it’s similar to Bilbao. But yes, I would take him with me without a doubt.”
Williams has been in stunning form for Athletic Bilbao over recent seasons. Liverpool are also among the contenders for his signature.
